Hybrid Landscapes LTD, located in Invermere, BC, is currently looking for dedicated and proactive individuals to join their team as Landscape Labourers.
The ideal candidates should be self-driven, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be available to start work immediately. This is a seasonal, full-time job that requires working during day shifts.

Position: Landscape Labourer
Salary: $23.00 to $26.00 hourly (negotiable) for 40 hours per week

Landscape Labourer | Job Duties:
- Assist in landscape construction projects.
- Perform weeding, pruning, and trimming of trees and plants.
- Transport and spread topsoil and other materials as needed.
- Install sod or plant seeds as required.
- Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and bulbs.
- Apply fertilizers to enhance plant growth.
- Operate and maintain various landscape maintenance equipment.
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in the English language.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Previous experience in landscaping is an asset.
- Customer-oriented with dependability and strong interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual, creative, hardworking, and resourceful.
- Must be an effective team player.
Work Site Environment:
- Work will primarily be outdoors, requiring long hours.
Work Setting:
- Employment as a landscape contractor.
- Work in various locations, including private residences and commercial properties.
Experience and Specialization:
Equipment and Machinery Experience:
- Experience with backhoes, pick-up trucks, small engine equipment, weed trimmers/edgers, and skid steers is necessary.

Transportation/Travel Information:
- Must have personal transportation and a valid driver’s licence.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines.
- Frequent repetitive tasks.
- Physically demanding work requiring manual dexterity.
- Attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Willing to work in various postures including sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
Own Tools/Equipment:
- Steel-toed safety boots are required.
