To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Valid Blue Card: Possession of a valid Blue Card is essential.
- Availability: You must be available to work 3 to 5 days per week, with flexibility to meet service operational needs when required.
- Proven Leadership Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Team Leader, Room Leader, Lead Educator or Co-Leader across different age groups within an Early Childhood setting.
- Relevant Qualifications: You must hold or be actively working towards, an ACECQA-approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, with course progress under consideration.
- Current Certificates: Possession of relevant First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certifications, along with Child Protection training (or willingness to obtain/refresh these as necessary).
